Shannon Construction completed the Executive Conference rooms below budget and on time.

Each conference room was designed with glass walls and sliding doors. The high end finishes consisted of specialized custom pear wood panels complimenting the existing panels in the reception area and hallways. Slate corridor floors, accent stone walls, stainless steel cabinets, and granite tops were installed.

Special featured lighting was installed to enhance the finishes. Drywall bulkheads were constructed to give the acoustical ceiling tile the appearance of more detail architectural presence. The conference rooms had to be completely sound proof to ensure the highest level of confidence. The HVAC was individually controlled in each room.

The project was completed without interrupting normal business practices by working night shifts and coordinating all of the trades with our client and our in-house project management team.
