Cranberry Mall Facade
Project completed in 10 months and came in under budget.
Communication was the key factor of this successful exterior renovation of the half mile strip mall in Cranberry Township, PA.
The scope of work consisted of removal of the existing façade and a new E.F.I.S. façade was installed. New brickwork, concrete sidewalks and pavers were design to the malls appearance. New steel towers were erected and new light fixtures installed to illuminate the towers and the façade canopies.
The popular tenant strip mall remained open with constant traffic. Prior to the start of each construction phase, traffic patterns were carefully designed to relieve any stress the consumers would encounter shopping at the mall.
