The new space consisted of patient rooms with high grade medical cabinetry, doctor’s offices, and reception area.

The scope of work required a nuclear camera room with strict design regulations. As a result, the floor had to be reinforced with steel beams, concrete and a special epoxy floor. Due to the sensitive equipment, a temperature environmentally controlled system was integrated.

Exterior work consisted of new concrete sidewalk with an ADA ramp; reconfigure parking stalls on the side of the building, and new landscaping.

Acqua Blu Medical Spa & Skin Care Center blends state-of-the-art medical treatment with the ultimate pampering and relaxation experience. Acqua Blu’s interior space is an integral part of delivering that unforgettable experience.

This project included custom designed retail millwork throughout to meet the owner’s high expectations. The finishes included, valances with polycarbonate panels, framed wood shelves with glass overlays, pearliest finish around frames, and tranquil water-wall feature. The lighting fixtures throughout the prestigious spa area were elegant and displayed a warm feeling.

The medical rooms required a specialized HVAC control system, medical cabinetry, and overhead operating light fixtures.
