Shannon Construction was contracted to renovate an existing bank space of 4500 square feet at H.W. Oliver Building. The architect wanted to conserve the old world charm of the existing bank and add a touch of elegance.

To achieve this look, Shannon Construction’s team had built curved walls throughout the reception area, installed exceptional quality millwork at the reception desk, front counter for banking and checking desk stations. We restored the existing aged-brass doors, and furnished new marble floor.  Teller brass security gates were furnished to add to the world charm. Plasma TVs were displayed on wall to give the bank a future technology look.

To bring the space to building code a design built mechanical systems was furnished to upgrade the HAVC in the space. Specialized lighting was installed to illuminate the entire space with warmth for the millwork to stand out.
