RITE AID STORES

Shannon Construction was contracted to build out 1,970 sq. ft. of new expansion space and renovate the existing space with new finishes, electrical and HVAC upgrades.

During construction Rite Aid had continued operations. A temporary demising wall was installed to separate the spaces until the new expansion area was completed. The project required close coordination with the store manager and the Rite Aid Project Manager, to allow shift work to take place to complete the existing space renovation work on time.
