Shannon Construction worked closely with the Michael Baker Engineering, JJ Gumberg Co and Target’s general contractor to prepare the site for the new building.

We were responsible for the demolition of all the existing structures on site of the development area. Shannon Construction supervised all of the site excavation, grading, drainage, foundation and slab on grade. We setup of all temporary utility accounts for Target site and the generators on site.

The final phase of construction included installation of concrete sidewalks, curbs, asphalt paving, and landscaping.
