Upper Crust

Upper Crust premiered the first United States location at the Pittsburgh International Airport’s Air Mall.  Shannon Construction Co, was awarded the 900 sq. ft. build-out of the French bakery.

The space has a European flair which consisted of:

  • Curved bulk heads
  • Custom built wood panels
  • Ceramic floor
  • Stainless steel cabinetry
  • Decorative lighting was installed to illuminated restaurant with warmth and richness
