As the Construction Manager for EIC, Shannon partnered with Graves Design and has successfully completed numerous occupied and vacant renovations for the Energy Innovation Center. From classrooms to elevators to complete overhaul renovations, EIC and the tenants have repeatedly directly selected Shannon Construction.
UPMC classrooms received new kitchenettes, flooring, paint, and mechanicals. Omicelo’s renovation included carpet, paint, new lighting, offices, and conference room. Padco, another tenant, retained Shannon to CM their renovation which included removing a block wall, new ceilings, offices, HVAC system, carpet, and paint.
EXUS, who again directly selected Shannon to complete their renovation, included the build out of offices, conference room on the lower level, and kitchenette. The EXUS expansion, Shannon’s second contract with EXUS, includes a two floor build out, new stairway, several offices, carpet, paint and new water-sourced air handler.
