The Montage/Moosic project involves a full interior renovation coordinated across eight prime contracts. Work includes demolition, utility upgrades, and new installations supporting general construction, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Shannon is managing the integration of advanced AV and sound masking systems, low-voltage infrastructure, security devices, and exterior signage. Our CMa role includes daily coordination among trades, permit and utility compliance, and phased access planning to minimize impact on operations. The facility will be delivered as a fully modernized learning center.
