Christian Schultz

Director

Christian Schultz serves as Director at Shannon Construction, representing the fourth generation of family leadership. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University.

Prior to joining Shannon, Christian built more than a decade of experience in engineering and the medical device industry, working for Stryker and Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, both multi-national organizations. He held roles in Research & Development, Project Management, and Product Leadership. His work in highly regulated environments strengthened his expertise in technical problem solving, leading diverse teams, and cross-functional collaboration.

Christian brings an analytical, systems-driven mindset, supporting operational efficiency, process improvement, and strategic growth. He works closely with project teams while guiding long-term initiatives that enhance Shannon’s capabilities and client service.
