Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, a new franchise in the Pittsburgh area, celebrated its most recent grand opening in Cranberry Township.

Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop build-out consisted of a brand new renovated space with the specified Capriotti’s franchise design. This included new lighting, interior finishes, custom built-ins (including hand-cut and installed wood ceiling, stainless kitchen equipment package, interior package, prototype, ghost kitchen, and exterior sign package

A previous spec bar and marketing area suite in the Union Trust Building was completely renovated into a first class eat in/take out restaurant space. A full kitchen and dining area were added to the space in addition to the modern aesthetic throughout the redesigned and repurposed space. Shannon installed a mechanical system for a full kitchen in a historic building, as well as ensuring the space was able to open on time.

Shannon renovated and expanded The Club Lounge to increase capacity and bring new features. The new offerings include a Refreshment Zone, beautiful and modern private shower and bath facilities, a Productivity Zone for those needing to keep up with work activities, and a Relaxation Zone, which allows you to take a break and put your feet up for a while. From the updated storefront to renovated, expanded private bathrooms, and new kitchen/dining area, finishes were all high end.

Center Core consisted of including a full-service kitchen, bar, and restaurant. By working closely with the Primanti Bros.
